Advancing Green Building in Armenia

On April 23, Green Growth Alliance, Armenia, in collaboration with the Association of Real Estate
Agents of Armenia, organized a round table discussion on the development of #GreenBuilding.

#RealEstate industry experts explored how environmentally sustainable building
standards can add long-term value for their clients. Topics discussed included:

Implementation of new technologies for energy and water efficiency

Market value characteristics of green buildings

Application of green standards during renovation of residential and commercial buildings

The connection between sustainable finance and green construction
Investment-specific benefits of green buildings
Health and environmental considerations in property evaluation.
