Global Real Sustainability Benchmark: introduction

Green Growth Alliance, in collaboration with GRESB, organized on March 18 an introductory session on the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark.

This session is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen sustainability and ESG performance across organizations in the region.

GRESB (www.gresb.com Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is a globally recognized ESG benchmark for real estate, data center, and infrastructure assets. It is widely used by institutional investors, asset managers, and developers to assess and improve sustainability performance.

As an Industry Partner of GRESB, Green Growth Alliance supports organizations in understanding the framework, preparing for the assessment, and using GRESB participation to improve transparency, credibility, and access to sustainable finance.

During this session, participants discovered:
1. An introduction to GRESB for sustainable finance
2.How GRESB supports real estate stakeholders, private investors, and institutional investors
3.An overview of the GRESB framework and assessment structure
4. Insights on how GRESB helps improve ESG performance, transparency, and investor engagement

Opportunities for Real Estate and Infrastructure Stakeholders

We invite asset owners, developers, operators, and institutional investors across the Caucasus region to engage in a pilot initiative aimed at:

• Building internal capacity for ESG data collection and reporting
